TECHNICAL DATA
ELECTRON 15 lightning rod is a lightning protection device that interceptsthe lightning to a distance of 40 meters. Its priming device actively captures the lightning, providing more safety than a traditional lightning rod. This system stores the electrical energy of the atmosphere and releases it in form of an upward tracer, catching the ray at a greater height.
These protection radii are calculated and tested on the basis of CTE standards SU8, UNE 21186, NCF 17102 and NP 4426. The radii for each model are given in the following table:

The Electron 15 lightning rod has a 3-years warranty.
The material of which Electron 15 is constituted is stainless steel AISI 316L. This material makes it resistant to any atmospheric condition, as all of its tests show.
Electron 15 has dimensions of 65 mm in diameter at its widest point and 286 mm high, not counting the axis.
This device complies with CTE standards SU8, UNE 21186, NFC 17102 and NP 4426.
TESTS
The ELECTRON 15 lightning rod has successfully passed the following tests in accordance with standards UNE 21186, NFC 17102 y NP 4426:
Dimensional analysis: ensure dimensions are based on standards.
Current resistance: certified 200 kA (10/350 μs) – guarantees good operation after several lightning strikes.
Adverse atmospheric conditions: certificate of resistance against saline fog and humid sulfurous atmosphere.
Advance in the priming: it guarantees the radius of protection.
